Delivery times

Delivery in France can take up to 5 business days. International delivery can take up to 14 business days. Due to global supply chain disruptions, these times may occasionally be longer. The exact delivery time applicable to your order is indicated at checkout.

Shipping costs and methods

We work with major carriers as well as local delivery partners. Fees depend on your geographic area: use the shipping cost estimator in your cart to see your rate before confirming your order.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

For any order placed online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, without having to justify your decision, in accordance with French distance selling regulations.

To exercise this right, write to us at contact@exoblue.tech; a standard withdrawal form is provided in the appendix of our terms and conditions. The product must then be returned to us within 14 days of your decision, in its original packaging and in new condition.

Warranty

The ExoBlue V-X1 is covered by a 24-month parts and labor warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing, design, or material defects. It does not cover impacts, normal wear and tear, or use that does not comply with the usage recommendations. Legal warranties for conformity and hidden defects apply in addition.
