How long does a trial last?
Twenty minutes: five for fitting, ten for a real walk, then time for your questions.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. The trial is free, with no obligation. It lets you check whether the ExoBlue V‑X1 suits your needs before making a decision.
What should I bring?
Nothing special. Come as you are, wearing comfortable shoes. The device is worn over your clothes.
Why are trials in Toulouse booked by phone?
In Toulouse, trials are provided by our partner retailer. Book directly with the expert at the store. The trial is still free, with no obligation.
What if trials are not available in my city yet?

How do I cancel or reschedule my trial?

Is the ExoBlue V‑X1 a medical device?
No. It is a walking assistance exoskeleton designed for everyday use, leisure and hiking. If you have a medical condition, balance difficulties or any doubts about using it, ask your doctor for advice before your trial.
